1. Acceptance

By using Clawik.ai you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Clawik.ai provides personal AI agent services via Telegram. Each subscriber receives a dedicated server instance running an OpenClaw-powered AI agent.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Monthly subscriptions billed via Stripe
• Credits reset monthly; unused credits do not roll over
• No refunds for partial months
• Service continues until cancelled

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to breach system security
• Resell or sublicense the service

5. API Keys (BYOK)

When providing your own API keys, you are responsible for associated costs and compliance with provider terms.

6. Service Availability

We target 99% uptime. Maintenance windows communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms governed by laws of Brazil.
